Based in the south-east of France (Alpes-Maritimes), photography is as much a tool for exploring the French Riviera, as an open door to the imagination and creation, whether artistic or simply playful.
Without any claim to the title of art photographs, the aim of which is to be self-sufficient in their own aesthetics, the photographs on this site are first of all the research and illustration of specific themes, organized around three main directions:
- The portraits: they are generally but not exclusively built around characters, events, cultural evocations or staged activities, to which each model on this site gives life as < a href='/lou'>star reflections they are.
- The French Riviera: it is the history, the landscapes, the wild and human life of this Coast
d'Azur et d'Ailleurs, supplemented by a few portraits illustrating some of these themes.
- Added to this are compositions and effects created during the shots (excluding photo-editing), like so many directed snapshots.
- The history of photography, evoked simultaneously as a technique, art and culture:
